No objection to issuance of permit for proposed revisions to design to include address numbers on the brick pier by entrance gate, IPE fence and gates, and a new security light fixture as shown in supplemental drawings dated 25 January 2013. Fence and gates must be stained (solid). Light fixture matches previously approved fixture (see case OG 12-310). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
