No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of fence at rear, and alterations to rear and south facades as shown in supplemental drawings dated 19 April and 13 May 2013 which indicate wood French doors and sidelights at rear, and no more than two downlight fixtures on rear fence, PROVIDED lite pattern of French doors and sidelights match. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
