The Commission regrets that the alterations to garage doors, the new light fixtures and cameras with exposed electric conduits were completed prior to review or contrary to the previous recommendations for 'Malmaison'. No objection to issuance of permit for garage doors as installed. Exposed conduits on facades must be removed, light fixtures must be mounted flush with wall (eliminate box), and east camera must be incorporated into canopy over entrance door as shown in supplemental drawings dated 18 June 2013. Corrections to work as-built must be completed no later than 30 September 2013. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of the permit.
