Returned without Action. Concept case for alterations to rear and outdoor seating terrace was withdrawn at the written request of applicant. The Commission regrets that the glass enclosure at the rear yard and the shed erected in the public alley behind 1025 31st St were completed and that the rear yard at 1027 31st was entirely paved prior to review or permit. Note is made that the sign scheme on front facade does not conform to the previous recommendation under case OG 11-073. Remove wall mounted image logo which was not approved. Electric and mechanical conduits left exposed on street facade are not acceptable. File new submission at DCRA with comprehensive drawings, including dimensions and details, for all work completed prior a review or permit and for proposed alterations for review by the Commission.
