Approval is conditional on the removal of all applied vinyl decal signs on the storefront and bay windows prior to the installation of the new sign. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
