AGENDA ITEM EXHIBIT: Recommend against concept for proposed additions and renovations to an existing single family dwelling as shown in drawings received and dated 3 January 2003. The Commission requests that the applicant reconsider the current "hybrid" design and suggests either a more traditional or stronger contemporary approach. In addition, the Commission encourages the applicant to consider presenting the project within its larger context and to continue dialogue with the adjacent neighbors and the Advisory Neighborhood Commission. File new submission for review when ready.
