No objection to the concept for proposed new garage construction as shown in drawings received and dated 2 May 2003 with the exception of the significant expansion of the concrete pad. The new garage should maintain front alignment and constant height with the existing structures in the alley. File new submission of working drawings, including site plan, elevations and details, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
