No objection to the general concept of the proposed renovation and addition as shown in drawings received and dated 4 November 2005, including replacement of side door with a window, the addition of a skylight and new window. Suggest continued development of dormer on addition, including a possible reduction in height, to create a more appropriately scaled condition.
