In the last meeting of 17 November, the Commission of Fine Arts reviewed and approved the revised concept for a 10-story building to replace the 4-story garage at 51 Louisiana Avenue, NW (SL 06-028). The members commented that the reduction in height from the previously approved 12-story structure is an improvement and they look forward to the further development of the project.
Please submit additional information about the building prior to final review. As always, the Commission staff is available should you require further guidance.
