No objection to the issuance of permit to replace an existing aluminum sliding gate with a steel sliding gate at the entrance to the ambassador's driveway as shown in materials received and dated 8 February 2008, provided the new gate is painted to match the existing steel gate at the garage entrance. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
