No objection to the issuance of permit for site security amenities and landscaping for perimeter vehicular protection as shown in materials received and dated 7 March 2008. This submission conforms to previously approved concept (see case number SL 08-032) and supersedes previously approved design (see case number SL 08-052). Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
