As delegated to staff, no objection to the final design for the renovation and exterior modification of two adjacent town houses to convert them to one structure for use as the Delta Tau Delta fraternity house, as shown in materials received and dated 28 December 2010 and supplemental materials received and dated 15 February 2011. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval. NOTE: This recommendation was dated 16 February 2011.
