No objection to the final plans for the proposed breezeway addition at the main entrance to the Cody Child Development Center (Building 483) at Joint Base Fort Myer-Henderson Hall, Arlington, Virginia, as shown in materials received and dated 3 May 2013.

No objection to the final design for the installation of a new accessible ramp with stairs at the rear of Building 39 at Fort McNair, as shown in materials received and dated 5 May 2013.

No objection to the proposed installation of temporary banners at the Frances Perkins Building to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the U.S. Department of Labor, as shown in materials received and dated 6 April 2013. It is understood that the banners will be in place for one year and will be removed promptly after the conclusion of the Department's centennial.

No objection to the final design for the installation of a temporary outdoor food, beverage, and entertainment venue on the west lawn of the National Building Museum grounds, as shown in materials received and dated 2 May 2013, provided that the installation will not exceed six months from date of approval and that the grounds will be restored to the previous condition when removed.

No objection to the proposed concept design for a mid-line electrical substation for the H Street-Benning Road streetcar line, as shown in materials received and dated 2 May 2013. The new electrical substation would be located in the wide sidewalk along the west side of 12th Street just south of H Street, NE.

No objection to the final plans for the proposed renovation, additions, and alterations to the Ludlow-Taylor Elementary School building, including replacement windows and new landscaping, as shown in materials received and dated 3 May 2013. Final design conforms to previously approved concept.

No objection to the final plans for the proposed additions, alterations, and new landscaping for the McKinley Middle School building, which include: a courtyard infill enclosure; new entrance terraces; an entry canopy; accessibility ramps; and a garden trellis, as shown in materials received and dated 3 May 2013. Final design conforms to previously approved concept.

No objection to the final plans for a public art installation on the New York Avenue bridge over the railyard east of Florida Avenue, NE, by artist Kent Bloomer, as shown in materials received and dated 6 May 2013. Final design conforms to previously approved concept submission.
