No objection to the proposed new rooftop laboratory exhausts, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2009. Refer to the DC Historic Preservation Review Board.

No objection to the final design to relocated Guard Booth #4 and for the addition of two bus shelters on the north side of the East Parking lot, and the addition of a cable barrier to the back side of the fence facing Nebraska Avenue and other modifications, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2009. Submission is a revision to previously approved design (see case number: CFA 18/OCT/07-3).

No objection to the proposed construction of a temporary pre-security screening facility for the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB) on State Place, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2009, provided that this temporary structure will be in place no longer than 20 months during the renovation of the EEOB (see case number: CFA 15/SEP/05-8).

No objection to the proposed construction of a temporary structure in the south court of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB), as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2009, provided that this temporary structure will be in place no longer than 20 months during the renovation of the EEOB (see case number: CFA 15/SEP/05-8).

No objection to the proposed construction of a temporary one-story metal storage facility on the south lawn of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB) at the corner of State Place and West Executive Drive, as shown in materials received and dated 4 June 2009, provided that this temporary structure will be in place no longer than 20 months during the renovation of the EEOB (see case number: CFA 15/SEP/05-8).

No objection to the installation of the proposed temporary aboveground pipe and pump system providing water for fire protection to the facilities of District of Columbia Department of Mental Health on Saint Elizabeths Hospital East Campus, as shown in material received and dated 4 June 2009. The Commission encourages the applicant to install a permanent underground pipe system and remove the temporary aboveground pipes as quickly as possible. Refer to the DC Historic Preservation Review Board.

No objection to the final plans for the addition and alterations and additions to the Georgetown Branch Library, 3260 R Street, NW as shown in materials received and dated 27 May 2009 and 10 June 2009. This project was reviewed and approved by the Old Georgetown Board in its meeting of 4 June 2009. Refer to the Historic Preservation Review Board.

No objection to the concept design for a new one-story addition to the Wheatley Elementary School and the renovation of the existing school playground and to the concept for a new landscape design for the adjacent Wheatley Cole Park and Playground, as shown in material received and dated 4 June 2009 and in supplemental material dated 10 June 2009. The building addition design conforms to the previously approved designs for other additions and renovations to the existing structure (see case number: CFA 21/JUN/07-l).
