No objection to the proposed construction of a new 924-square-foot concrete ammunition bunker (Ready Service Magazine) as shown in materials received and dated 1 February 2007. This new structure will replace an existing facility that will be removed to make way for another new construction project. The new bunker will not be visible from South Capitol Street or Interstate 295.

No objection to the concept design for a new pumping station control building and site improvements as shown in materials received and dated 12 January 2007. The new structure will replace an older existing facility. Submit final construction drawings, landscape drawings, and material samples for review when ready.
