No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations including removal of stairs to basement at corner entrance, and new diagonal storefront bay window. Working drawings conform to recommendations given during concept design review, as part of a larger project. See previous Recommendation (OG 03-168). Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval. File separate submission of working drawings, including dimensions, details and material samples, with permit application for rear portion of project for review by the Commission when ready.
