No objection to the issuance of permit for sign replacement as shown in drawings received and dated 9 December 2002.

No objection to the issuance of permit for new 13-story hotel as shown in drawings received and dated 9 December 2002, with the exception of rooftop illuminated sign. Recommend AGAINST illuminated rooftop sign and request all signs be submitted for approval under separate application. Erect material sample panel on site for Commission approval prior to ordering materials Please submit signs for review when ready. See previous action (SL 02-002).

No objection to the concept for new retaining wall and fence as shown in supplemental information received and dated 12 December 2002. File new submission of working drawings, including site plan, elevations and details, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.

No objection to the issuance of permit for new sign as shown in drawings received and dated 9 December 2002.

No objection to issuance of permit for proposed awnings as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 18 December 2002.

No objection to the issuance of permit for front entry renovation and new rear door as shown in drawings received and dated 9 December 2002.
