No objection to the issuance of permit for a new marquee with a logo sign, above the eastern doorway on Pennsylvania Avenue, and for alterations to extend an existing decorative fence, as shown in materials received and dated 5 February 2010. No objection to the issuance of permit for the installation of one new window, the enlargement of three existing window openings, and the replacement of window guards on two existing window openings, as shown in materials received and dated 5 February 2010. No objection to the issuance of permit for new and replacement rooftop cellular antennas, as shown in materials received and dated 5 February 2010, provided that the antennas and their support structures are painted to match the adjacent walls of the penthouse.
