Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for an existing rooftop tent structure, as shown in materials received and dated 6 November 2009. This tent was constructed without a permit; is inappropriately prominent from Constitution Avenue, the Mall, and the Lincoln Memorial; and detracts from the historic character of the 1933 American Pharmacists Association building.
