Draft Consent Calendar: CFA Meeting — 18 April 2019

No objection to the final design for the proposed Pentagon Support Operations Center on the Pentagon reservation in the North Village, as shown in materials received and dated 3 April 2019.

No objection to the final design for a new backwash equalization basin and pumping station at the McMillan Water Treatment Plant, McMillan Reservoir, NW, as shown in materials received and dated 1 April 2019. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the proposed revisions to the approved final design, which include revisions to: the new entrance pavilions; courtyard landscapes; approach-ways to the building entrances; and relocated bioretention areas, as shown in materials received and dated 4 April 2019. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to the concept design to rebuild portions of the masonry site walls with salvaged brick, per supplemental drawings received 15 March 2019, PROVIDED the piers more accurately reflect historic conditions, the applicant shows an appropriate transition between the proposed four foot wall and existing wall, and that a lime-based mortar is used. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office.

No objection to issuance of permit for site plan, landscaping, and green roof, per drawings received 11 April 2019, which indicate the installation of a multi-sport court, play equipment, raised gardens, and brick paving.
