Dear Mr. Rombach:
During its meeting of 19 May 2005, the Commission reviewed the revised proposal for new signs for the National Postal Museum, located at 2 Massachusetts Avenue, NE. Although the Commission would prefer no additional signs cluttering public space, one program sign sited on the east side of the hemicycle of the entrance is approved.
The Commission looks forward to the review of future projects for the Smithsonian Institution. As always, the staff is available to assist you.
