Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of plate glass window with a custom made wood double-hung 8/12 true-divided-lite window replicating detailing and dimensions of historic window on adjacent building at 1036 31st St as shown in Historical Millwork option. The Pella and Marvin window options were NOT approved. Applicant failed to attend the meeting where options were discussed. The Commission regrets that the plate glass window was installed without review or permit. The new window must be installed no later than 31 January 2007 to correct existing non-conforming situation. Note is made that permit application is pending final zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
