No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations, including chimneys, shutters and new window/door openings, pergola at rear yard and alterations to carriage house, as shown in supplemental drawings dated 23 March and 11 April 2007 which indicate smaller chimney caps. Note: Because application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
