No objection to issuance of permit for proposed revision to approved permit design for removal of door surround and for four new window openings to restore east facade of historic building to its original condition as shown in supplemental drawings dated 12 September 2007. Brick and mortar joints will match existing brickwork. New all-wood windows will match details of existing original single glazed windows. New window openings on rear facade are deleted from this application. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
