Recommendation

No objection to issuance of permit for proposed revisions to approved design which, as indicated on submitted materials, will not be visible from public thoroughfare. Installation of temporary oxygen tanks on roadbed behind construction fence with scrim does not deviate from previous permit drawings (see case OG 08-211). Temporary installation will remain only during construction of oxygen tank courtyard, not to exceed one year. Existing wall will not be altered. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design that would make any part of the work visible must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
