No objection to issuance of permit for proposed sign scheme for Jack Wills including retractable awning and pin-mounted sign on panel above shop window as shown in supplemental drawings dated 9 September 2011 which indicate lettering on shed of awning is no more than 12 inches high. Applicant agreed to remove the light fixtures mounted to the storefront cornice and the spot lights on the facade as part of previous review under OG 11-193. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
