No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of stockade fence at rear yard with wood vertical board fence provided finished side faces the neighbor in public view, the structural bracing faces into the rear yard, and the fence is stained, as indicated in supplemental information dated 17 December 2012. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
