No objection to issuance of permit for alterations to New South Student Center including new glass curtain wall, windows, skylight, doors, bronze architectural screen, stone retaining wall and terrace per drawings dated 12 April and 9 May 2013, which indicate light is minimized at loading dock, bollard lights are used below canopy, railing at west does not extend along the outboard edge of the retaining wall, and proposed mechanical equipment on roof is moved to the east. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
