Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit to repair historic wood windows and install new 1/1 double-insulated wood windows to match historic profiles, raised sandstone terrace on slab, pool, permeable pavers at grade, sculpture base, and light fixtures limited to 4 'A' fixtures at four trees, 2 'B' uplights at the sculpture, 4 'E' landscape lights at various steps in the garden, strip lights at stone treads, and 10'-6" temporary opening in stone wall per supplemental drawings dated 6 September 2013. Note: Landscape work may include temporary removal of approximately 10-feet of stone garden wall, protect public and private trees as necessary, and rebuild stone wall in-kind with existing stone. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
