No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of seven 6/6 windows with Marvin Ultimate insulated double-hung 1/1 all-wood windows provided color of window matches color of jamb track. Dimensions, profile and detailing of replacement windows must match detailing of original 1/1 windows. Existing brick mould will be retained and repaired. Replacement of the existing 1/1 windows on sides of bay is not appropriate and was not approved. Request retention and repair of the existing 1/1 windows. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
