No objection to concept design for alterations to existing historic greenhouse, per supplemental materials received 18 May 2021, PROVIDED the west walls of the vestibule and bathroom enclosures shift east to align with greenhouse mullion, the proposed entrance door alterations are studied further, and the new greenhouse glazing is clear. File design-development submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings, as well as samples of the low-e glazing, for review by the Commission.
