AGENDA ITEM EXHIBIT: No objection to the concept for the proposed renovation and conversion to condominiums as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 4 June 2004, with some exceptions. The green metal panels near the top of the building should be removed, allowing white color to continue around the corner of the structure. The round windows near the top of the building seem out of place and should be further researched. In addition, the continuation of the cornice around the entire building will more fully unify the design.
