No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for a previously approved new house in order to eliminate the connection to an existing neighboring house. Revisions include subdividing the lot, deleting a bridge connection to the existing house, and constructing a new swimming pool, site walls, and landscaping. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning and structural review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
