No objection to the issuance of a permit for the addition of a roof top generator to an existing cellular antenna installation, as shown in materials received and dated 2 July 2010, pending receipt of supplemental materials showing the generator in the correct location. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.

No action. The proposed automatic teller machine is interior to the building and thus is not subject to review by the Commission of Fine Arts.

No objection to the issuance of a permit for a replacement automatic teller machine for Wachovia Bank, as shown in materials received and dated 2 July 2010 and supplemental materials received and dated 12 July 2010, provided that the sign has no internal illumination or any provisions therefor.
