No objection to issuance of permit for proposed relocation of brick garden walls, paving of terrace and landscaping as shown in supplemental drawings dated 10 September 2008. Front garden wall will align with front wall of building at 3247 N St. See case OG 08-191 for swimming pool and spa. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
