Front garden wall will align with front wall of building at 3247 N St. See case OG 08-191 for swimming pool and spa. Note: Because the application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
