The Commission regrets that awning and signs were installed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed Sunbrella fabric awning with lettering reading 'Camper' limited to the 1-ft-high valance as shown in supplemental drawings dated 2 November 2010. Lettering on side panels was not approved and was deleted from this permit application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the exterior design made during DCRA technical review must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
