No objection to issuance of permit for existing awning with lettering on valance only reading 'Vivvy's Nails' and for blade sign mounted on Potomac Street, which conform to previous recommendations under cases OG 08-243 and OG 09-065, provided no additional signs are installed on second floor windows and A-frame sign is removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design made during DCRA Technical Review must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of the permit.
