No objection to the design of a permanent sign comprised of non-illuminated 12-inch-tall brushed-brass pin-mounted letters reading 'Billy Reid,' and the proposed two replacement sconces at the entrance. File new submission at DCRA with permit application for pin-mounted sign and light fixtures for review by the Commission.
