No objection to issuance of permit for proposed excavation and underground utilities work in coordination with the previously approved renovation of the Ryan and Mulledy Halls (see OG 14-214) and the re-design of the courtyard (see concept review OG 14-311) . Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
