No objection to concept design for new arched opening at yard-facing elevation, new stairs, replacement of garage and pedestrian doors, and installation of green roof on lower garage, per supplemental materials received 28 September 2022, PROVIDED transom at 32nd Street pedestrian door is retained, green roof and its design is restudied for retention of existing roof structure, and better documentation for green roof is included in permit submission. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
