No objection to issuance of permit to install wall sign and awning with sign and lights at Perfect Eyebrows, per supplemental materials received 4 December 2024, PROVIDED the applicant chooses either a wall sign or an awning sign but not both; shows the signage on the correct storefront; clarifies the wall sign and lights would be installed into mortar and not brick; and a maximum of three lights are installed above the wall sign. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
