No objection to concept design for various exterior alterations and underpinning, per supplemental materials received 17 March 2025, PROVIDED the siding to be uncovered on the north elevation is stained or painted with either linseed oil or oil-based paint; any salvageable siding under the stucco on the west elevation is retained and repaired; and the replacement railing must be made of iron and match the design of the existing. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
