No objection to concept design for new glass enclosure and new steel pergola, per supplemental materials received 24 April 2025, PROVIDED the fenestration design on the enclosure is further studied, the extent of the pergola is minimized, a handrail is added behind enclosure, and attachment methods and drainage for the pergola and enclosure are documented. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
