No objection to issuance of permit for a new six-story, mixed-use building plus penthouse, per supplemental materials received __ May 2025, PROVIDED the applicant provide a window mock-up and additional GFRC samples for review by the Old Georgetown Board and the applicant return to the Commission for review if any design changes result from land ownership issues on the north elevation. See application filed under OG 25-201 / HPA 25-235 for the associated permit for demolition of the existing building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
