No objection to issuance of permit for various facade alterations, per supplemental materials received 6 May 2025, PROVIDED the stone base on the retail unit at 3307A M Street, NW, is restored to its previous condition before the stucco and paint were applied and screen installed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
