No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of a new accessible ramp and landscape improvements at the front entrance of an existing building along 19th Street, NW; a new elevator penthouse and privacy screen on the main roof; the installation of 473 replacement windows and 12 replacement doors and transoms, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2025, pending the receipt of supplemental materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
