No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing 11-story office building to convert it to a hotel, including the installation of replacement glazed storefront, doors, and windows, new signage, and a penthouse screen wall; and modifications to the plaza and landscape in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 7 July 2025, pending the receipt of supplemental materials.
