No objection to issuance of permit for non-illuminated, flush, pin-mounted letter sign reading "Milo & Mav" installed above the storefront entrance, per materials received 29 September 2025, which indicate sign would be installed at the mortar joints. Staff notes that the permit was issued prior to CFA/OGB review due to the federal government lapse in appropriations. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
