No objection to concept design for window and door replacement, new exterior landing and steps, and replace mechanical unit, per submission received 14 November 2025, PROVIDED the applicant retain the transom window above the front door; provide photo documentation of the interior to confirm no historical elements will be demolished; study an option in which the sill of the existing window on the rear elevation would be lowered and no door is installed; propose double row header bricks in the arch over the door; the window lite patterns should be retained in any replacement windows; the first and second flour proportions are different so the window schedule should reflect this; the material between the brick should be referred to as mortar, not grout; mortar analysis should be performed prior to raking and repointing and the strength of the existing mortar should be matched. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
