No objection to concept design for repainting, signage, and door hardware, per supplemental materials received 25 November 2025, PROVIDED only the blade sign is proposed, but not the sign in the transom window above the door; the vinyl decal on the window listing the website is removed; the vinyl decal proposed for the door can only list the days and hours of operation and not the other proposed text; and the building is painted dark gray instead of black. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
